The next morning we awoke later than we wanted to, took our showers together as had become our habit and cleaned up the place. We quickly did all the laundry, made the beds, everything we had let go all week – we had been too busy doing other things.
On the way the airport, we stopped in town at the supermarket and picked up some more food and wine. Dad and Mom got off the plane looking tired and a little haggard. I took care of their small amount of luggage and Dania guided them to the car. We headed back to the cabin.
"I can't wait to just stop and relax," Dad said, "It's been a hell of a week."
